冠心宁注射液联合阿托伐他汀治疗稳定型心绞痛的疗效及对肝肾功能的影响

Curative Effect of Guanxinning Injection Combined with Atorvastatin on Stable Angina Pectoris and Its Influences on Hemorheology and Inflammatory Factors

目的探究冠心宁注射液联合阿托伐他汀治疗稳定型心绞痛的疗效以及对患者肝肾功能的影响。方法选取2019年3月至2021年2月期间本院收治的稳定型心绞痛患者共78例,采用随机数表法将上述患者分为观察组(n=39)以及对照组(n=39),对照组接受阿托伐他汀治疗;观察组接受阿托伐他汀联合冠心宁注射液治疗;比较两组治疗前后总有效率、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)、ALT/AST、尿素氮(BUN)、血肌酐(Scr)、血清胱抑素(CysC),最后统计两组治疗后不良反应发生率并进行比较。结果两组接受治疗后,观察组治疗总有效率为89.74%,显著高于对照组的71.79%(P<0.05);治疗后,两组的ALT、AST以及ALT/AST平均值相比治疗前出现上升,且对照组患者高于观察组(P<0.05);与此同时,两组的BUN、Scr以及CysC水平平均值相比治疗前出现上升,且对照组患者高于观察组(P<0.05);观察组有用药不良反应发生率为5.13%,显著低于对照组的20.51%(P<0.05)。结论冠心宁注射液联合阿托伐他汀能够有效提高稳定型心绞痛疗效,同时缓解患者在接受治疗过程中肝、肾功能出现的损伤、降低不良反应发生率,具有较高的应用价值。

Objective To explore the efficacy of Guanxinning injection combined with atorvastatin in the treatment of stable angina pectoris and the effect on liver and kidney function of patients.Methods A total of 78 patients with stable angina pectoris admitted to the hospital were enrolled between March 2019 and February 2021.According to random number table method,they were divided into observation group(n=39)and control group(n=39).The control group was treated with atorvastatin,while observation group was additionally treated with Guanxinning injection.The total response rate,Alanine aminotransferase(ALT),Aspartate aminotransferase(AST),ALT/AST,urea nitrogen(BUN),serum creatinine(Scr),serum cystatin(CysC)were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.The incidence of adverse reactions after treatment in the two groups was statistically analyzed and compared.Results After treatment,total response rate of treatment in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group(89.74%vs 71.79%)(P<0.05).After treatment,the average levels of ALT,AST and ALT/AST in 2 groups were increased compared with before treatment,and those in control group were higher than those in observation group(P<0.05).At the same time,the average levels of BUN,Scr and CysC in the two groups were increased compared with before treatment,and the control group was higher than the observation group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse drug reactions in observation group was 5.13%,significantly lower than 20.51%in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Guanxinning injection combined with atorvastatin can effectively improve the curative effect of stable angina pectoris,alleviate the damage of liver and kidney function and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions in patients during treatment,which has high application value.
