针刀疗法联合骨疏康胶囊对老年性膝骨关节炎患者骨代谢炎症因子的影响

Effects of Acupotomy Therapy Combined with Gushukang Capsules on Inflammatory Factors of Bone Metabolism in Patients with Senile Knee Osteoarthritis

目的探讨针刀疗法联合骨疏康胶囊对老年性膝骨关节炎(KOA)患者骨代谢炎症因子的作用。方法选择医院医治的老年性KOA患者开展研究,取例72例,时间2019年7月至2022年5月。根据简单随机盲选法,分成联合组和参照组,每组36例。比较患者治疗前、治疗21d的骨代谢指标[骨钙素(OST)、I型胶原C端肽(CTX-Ⅰ)、25羟维生素D[25-(OH)D_(3)]、甲状旁腺素(PTH)]、炎症因子[白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、人基质蛋白酶-1(MMP-1)]、骨性关节炎指数(WOMAC评分)。结果治疗21d,联合组、参照组OST、25-(OH)D_(3)、PTH均上升,联合组更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);联合组、参照组CTX-Ⅰ、IL-1β、CRP、MMP-1、WOMAC评分的疼痛、僵硬、日常生活维度评分均下降,联合组更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论老年性KOA联合应用针刀疗法与骨疏康胶囊,可调节骨代谢状态,减少炎症因子分泌,加速膝关节功能恢复。

Objective To investigate the effect of acupotomy therapy combined with Gushukang capsules on inflammatory factors of bone metabolism in patients with senile knee osteoarthritis(KOA).Methods A total of 72 elderly patients with KOA treated in the hospital were selected for research,from July 2019 to May 2022.According to the simple random blind selection method,they were divided into a combined group and a reference group,with 36 cases in each group.The bone metabolism indexes[osteocalcin(OST),collagen type I C-terminal peptide(CTX-I),25-hydroxyvitamin D[25-(OH)D_(3)],parathyroid hormone(PTH)before treatment and 21 days after treatment were compared.)],inflammatory factors[interleukin-1β(IL-1β),C-reactive protein(CRP),human matrix proteinase-1(MMP-1)],osteoarthritis index(WOMAC score).Results After 21 days of treatment,OST,25-(OH)D_(3),and PTH in the combination group and the reference group all increased,and the combination group was higher,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).,CRP,MMP-1,WOMAC scores of pain,stiffness,and daily life dimension scores were all decreased,and the combined group was lower,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined application of acupotomy therapy and Gushukang capsules in senile KOA can regulate the state of bone metabolism,reduce the secretion of inflammatory factors,and accelerate the recovery of knee joint function.
