老年股骨粗隆间骨折实施APFN内固定治疗效果观察

Effect of Apfn Internal Fixation on Intertrochanteric Fracture of Femur in the Elderly

目的分析APFN内固定方法在骨科疾病治疗中的可行性。方法选择68例68例老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者,经随机数字表法对患者平均分组后,实验组患者接受APFN内固定治疗,对照组患者接受常规手术治疗,两组患者的术前、术后处理方法相同,总结手术疗效差异。结果手术指标显示,实验组患者的手术时间以及早期负重时间等数据明显优于对照组(P<0.05),术中出血量数据差异无同统计学意义(P>0.05);患者随访6个月的Harris评分比较,实验组患者整体优于对照组(P<0.05);并发症发生率显示,实验组低于对照组(P<0.05);患者VAS评分比较,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论APFN内固定治疗方法满足老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者的临床治疗要求,与常规手术方法相比可以进一步促进患者患肢功能康复,且围术期情况更理想,有助于降低并发症发生率,是一种科学的治疗方案。

Objective To analyze the feasibility of APFN internal fixation in the treatment of orthopedic diseases.Methods 68 elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture of femur were selected,and the patients were evenly divided by random number table method.The experimental group received APFN internal fixation treatment,and the control group received conventional surgical treatment.The preoperative and postoperative treatment methods of the two groups of patients were the same,and the differences in surgical efficacy were summarized.Results the operation indexes showed that the operation time and the early weight-bearing time of the experimental group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in the intraoperative bleeding volume(P>0.05);The Harris scores of the patients in the experimental group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05);The incidence of complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);The VAS score of the patients in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Apfn internal fixation can meet the clinical treatment requirements of elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture of femur.Compared with conventional surgical methods,it can further promote the functional recovery of the affected limb,and the perioperative situation is more ideal,which is helpful to reduce the incidence of complications.It is a scientific treatment scheme.
