血流灌注治疗系统性红斑狼疮的效果及对CD4+、CD8+细胞因子水平的影响

The Effect of Blood Flow Perfusion in Systemic Lupus Erythematosus and the Effect of CD4+, CD8+ Cytokine Level

目的探讨系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)应用血流灌注治疗效果以及对外周血T淋巴细胞CD4+、CD8+水平影响。方法将70例SLE患者按随机数字表法分成实验组(n=35)、对照组(n=35),对照组应用常规治疗,实验组在对照组基础上增加血流灌注治疗,比较治疗3个月疗效、免疫功能(CD4+、CD8+)、补体(C3、C4)水平及不良反应。结果实验组总有效率94.29%显著高于对照组77.14%(P<0.05);治疗后两组CD4+、C3、C4水平均高于治疗前,CD8+低于治疗前,实验组指标变化比治疗组显著(P<0.05);两组治疗期间不良反应无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论采取血流灌注治疗SLE效果满意,明显改善免疫功能,同时不良反应发生率低。
