高碘酸钠氧化亚麻短纤维染色工艺探讨

摘要 本文研究高碘酸钠氧化亚麻短纤维染色工艺的特点,分析了高碘酸钠浓度、食盐和碳酸钠用量、固色时间对染色性能的影响。结果表明:氧化后的亚麻短纤维其上染速率低于未氧化亚麻短纤维。在工艺参数为高碘酸钠浓度5 g/L、食盐30 g/L、碳酸钠10 g/L及固色时间30 min时,氧化亚麻短纤维的吸尽率、固色率和色饱和度指标最佳,满足染色成本低、综合性能好的要求。 In Tthis article the characteristics of the dyeing process of sodium periodate oxidized flax staple fiber was studied,and the effects of sodium periodate concentration,sodium salt and sodium carbonate dosage,and fixation time on dyeing performance were analyzed.The results showed that the dyeing rate of oxidized flax staple fibers was lower than that of unoxidized ones.When the process parameters are the sodium periodate concentration 5 g/L,the salt 30 g/L,the sodium carbonate 10 g/L and the fixing time 30 min,the exhaustion rate,fixation rate and color saturation index of oxidized flax staple fiber are optimum,which meet the requirements of low dyeing cost and good comprehensive performance.
