核内不均一核糖蛋白A2B1在乳腺癌发生发展中的研究进展

Research Progress on hnRNPA2B1 in Development of Breast Cancer

hnRNPA2B1是核内不均一核糖蛋白家族中的一种多功能RNA结合蛋白。近年来大量研究发现hnRNPA2B1在乳腺癌细胞与组织中异常表达,且促进乳腺癌细胞增殖、迁移与侵袭,提示其与乳腺癌发生发展的关系密不可分。以hnRNPA2B1为核心的研究为乳腺癌进展及相关分子机制提供了新的理论基础,hnRNPA2B1的异常表达为乳腺癌临床早期诊断、疗效评估及转归预测等提供了新的分子标志物。

hn RNPA2B1 is a multifunctional RNA binding protein and belongs to heterogeneous nuclear ribonucleoprotein family.In recent years,studies reported that hn RNPA2B1 is over-expressed in breast cancer cells and tissues,promoting cell proliferation,migration and invasion.Researchers have revealed that hn RNPA2B1 is closely related to the occurrence and development of breast cancer,which provides new insights on the progression and molecular mechanisms of breast cancer,and suggests that hn RNPA2B1 might be used as a novel molecular marker for the early diagnosis,efficacy evaluation and prognosis prediction of breast cancer.
