医护一体化护理模式在老年骨折患者围手术期并发症预防中的应用

Application of integrated nursing care model in prevention of perioperative complications in elderly patients with fractures

目的探讨医护一体化护理模式预防老年骨折患者围手术期并发症的效果。方法采用便利抽样法,选取河南省肿瘤医院2018年1月—2019年1月收治的老年骨折患者70例为对照组,进行常规护理;选取2019年2月—2020年2月收治的老年骨折患者70例为观察组,进行医护一体化护理。比较两组患者围手术期并发症发生率、医生与患者对护士工作满意度的差异。结果观察组患者并发症发生率为5.71%,低于对照组的18.57%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组手术医生、麻醉医生、患者对护士工作的满意度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论医护一体化护理可预防老年骨折患者围手术期并发症,提高医生、患者的满意度。

Objective To explore the effect of integrated care model in preventing perioperative complications in elderly patients with fractures.Methods Using the convenient sampling methods,a total of 70 elderly patients with fractures who were admitted to Henan Cancer Hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected as the control group and received routine nursing.A total of 70 elderly patients with fractures who were admitted from February 2019 to February 2020 were selected as the observation group and received integrated nursing care.The incidence of perioperative complications and nursing satisfaction of doctors and patients were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of complications in the observation group was 5.71%,which was lower than 18.57%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction scores of surgeons,anesthesiologists and patients in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Integrated nursing care can prevent perioperative complications in elderly patients with fractures and improve satisfaction of doctors and patients.
