摘要
认知障碍是缺血性脑卒中后最常见且常被低估的并发症,严重影响患者的康复效果。本文综述了缺血性脑卒中后认知障碍发生的危险因素、预防策略,以期为缺血性脑卒中后认知障碍的预防提供参考。
Cognitive impairment is the most common and often underestimated complication after ischemic stroke,which seriously affects the rehabilitation of patients.This article reviews the risk factors and prevention strategies of cognitive impairment after ischemic stroke,in order to provide a reference for the prevention of cognitive impairment after ischemic stroke.
