摘要
热轧Q345R钢板在工程应用中可能产生再结晶行为进而影响产品性能。为研究冷变形量对其再结晶温度的影响,对热轧Q345R钢板进行变形量为0,5%,10%,15%,31%,53%的冷变形,之后切取试样,在450~700℃不同温度下保温1h,再进行硬度检测与金相组织观察。结果表明,变形量15%及以下,在450~700℃不会发生再结晶;变形量31%,53%时,试样的再结晶温度范围分别为615~650℃和565~600℃。
Hot-rolled Q345R steel plate may have recrystallization behavior in engineering application,which will affect the product performance.The hot-rolled Q345R steel plate was subjected to cold deformation with deformations of 0,5%,10%,15%,31%and 53%,and then the samples were cut and held at different temperatures between 450℃and 700℃for 1 h.The hardness test and metallographic microstructure observation were carried out to study the effect of cold deformation on the recrystallization temperature.The results show that no recrystallization occurs at 450~700℃when the deformation is less than 15%.The recrystallization temperature ranges of the specimen when deformed by 31%and 53%are 615~650℃and 565~600℃,respectively.
