摘要
以单链DNA为模板、抗坏血酸为还原剂,在室温下合成了粒径约为1 nm荧光铜纳米簇,并对其进行了形貌和光谱表征。探索了Cu浓度、DNA浓度和抗坏血酸(AA)浓度对铜纳米簇荧光强度的影响。通过硫脲对合成荧光铜纳米簇的抑制作用,建立了快速检测硫脲的方法。该方法对硫脲的检测具有良好的选择性,最低检测限为16.479 6μmol/L,具有简单快速、成本低等特点。
Using single stranded DNA as template and ascorbic acid as reductant, fluorescent copper nanoclusters with a size of ≈1 nm were synthesized at room temperature, and their morphology and spectra were characterized. The effects of Cu, DNA and ascorbic acid(AA) concentration on the fluorescence intensity of Cu nanoclusters were investigated. Based on the inhibitory effect of thiourea on the synthesis of fluorescent copper nanoclusters, a rapid method for the determination of thiourea was established. The detection limit is 16.479 6 μmol/L while the method is simple, rapid and low cost.
