摘要
为进一步提升沥青路面使用品质,促进绿色公路建设发展,系统梳理了现有废胎胶粉改性沥青相关规范,厘定了废胎胶粉改性沥青常用基质沥青类型和胶粉使用粒径,并以废胎胶粉为改性剂,制备了废胎胶粉改性沥青,评价其基本性能,明确了废胎胶粉改性沥青制备工艺;在此基础上,对比评价了废胎胶粉改性沥青混合料路用性能。结果表明:基质沥青类型可参考各省市规范选定;废胎胶粉的常用粒径应不大于80目,且不小于20目,以40目较为常见,掺量不小于15%(外掺);废胎胶粉改性沥青的制备工艺较为简便;废胎胶粉改性沥青混合料高温、低温以及水稳等路用性能表现优异,相比于普通沥青混合料,分别可提升97.2%,56.56%和3.2%。
To further improve the service quality of asphalt pavement and promote the construction and development of green highway,the existing specifications of waste tire rubber powder modified asphalt were systematically sorted out,and the commonly used base asphalt types and the particle size of the rubber powder used for waste tire rubber powder modified asphalt were defined.Using waste tire rubber powder as modifier,waste tire rubber powder modified asphalt was prepared,its basic properties was clarified.and its preparation process was determined.Further,the pavement performance of waste tire rubber powder modified asphalt mixture was systematically studied.The results show that the type of base asphalt can be selected by referring to the specifications of various provinces and cities.The common particle size of waste tire rubber powder should be no more than 80 meshes and no less than 20 meshes,and 40 meshes is more common.The content of waste tire rubber powder should not be less than 15%(external mixing).The modification method of waste tire rubber powder modified asphalt is simple and reliable.The waste tire rubber powder modified asphalt mixture has excellent pavement performance,compared with the matrix asphalt mixture,the high-temperature performance,low-temperature performance and water stability performance of waste tire rubber powder modified asphalt mixture can be enhanced by 97.2%,56.56%and 3.2%respectively.
