就地热再生沥青混合料疲劳性能影响因素研究

摘要 为了合理评估就地热再生沥青混合料的长期路用性能,并对沥青路面再生技术效果进行后期性能跟踪,依托江西昌九高速再生工程从内外角度分析了各因素对再生混合料疲劳性能影响,并针对温度与应力比耦合条件下提出实际路段的疲劳预估方程,为评价就地热再生沥青混合料路用性能及长期性能跟踪提供参考。结果表明:室外就地热再生结构层在温度和应力比的影响下,其抗疲劳性均优于室内;且其对温度和应力比的敏感性均较室内试件不显著。在疲劳寿命预估方程的变动中,由温度和应力比两个因素的变动占比达到了89.4%。 In order to reasonably evaluate the long-term road performance of the geothermal regeneration asphalt mixture,and tracked the later performance of asphalt pavement recycling technology,the paper analyzed the fatigue performance influence of various factors on regeneration mixture from the internal and external perspectives based on the Jiangxi Chang Jiu Expressway Recycling Project,and put forward the fatigue prediction equation of the actual road section under the coupling condition of temperature and stress ratio,in order to provide reference for evaluating the pavement performance and long-term performance tracking of geothermal recycled asphalt mixture.The results showed that under the influence of temperature and stress ratio,the anti fatigue performance of outdoor geothermal regeneration structure layer was better than that of the indoor,and its sensitivity of temperature and stress ratio was less significant than that of the indoor specimens.In the variation of the fatigue life prediction equation,the variation ratio of temperature and stress ratio was 89.4%.
