摘要
向家坝升船机下游引航道口门区水流条件较为复杂,是关系船舶通航安全的重要航段,为检验口门区通航条件,开展了原型观测试验。结果表明,非泄洪工况下,下游引航道口门区最大纵向流速、最大横向流速均满足规范要求,回流流速局部超标,但超标区域远离航线,对船舶进出引航道的航行安全影响不大;泄洪工况下,电站泄洪水流直冲口门区,流速超标,突破口门区流速限制,创新性地引入横摇角标准,经业内专家、船长充分论证,综合认为横摇角在4°以内基本能够满足安全航行需要。
The paper indicates the flow conditions at lower reach outlet areas of approach channels for ship lifts at Xiangjiaba Dam are complicated,which relates to the navigation safety of ships,carries out the prototype measurement tests for experimenting the navigation conditions at the outlet areas,proves by the results that the maximal lengthways velocity,the maximal lateral velocity during the working conditions without discharging flood can meet the demands of the regulation and parts of the return flow velocity are exceeding the standards which have little impact on the navigation safety of the outlet areas due to the long distance from the navigation routes;and verifies that during the period of discharging floods,the discharged water flow at the power station rushes to the approach channel and the velocity exceeds the limits and breaks the velocity limitation at the area,so the roll angle standard is introduced.After the certification by experts and captains,it is general considered that the role angle within 4°will meet the demands of the safe navigation.
