摘要
钢结构装配式住宅具有绿色低碳、高效节材、建设快速等优点,有利于我国住宅建筑行业逐步向产业化发展,向绿色转型。本文基于北京冬奥村人才公租房项目的设计与实施,分析总结钢结构装配式住宅四大系统——结构系统、外维护系统、内装系统、设备与管线系统的现有设计手法和技术应用,列举存在的缺陷问题,提出设计改进方法和创新点,如标准化模数应用、层间复合外幕墙系统应用等,寻找提升钢结构装配式住宅居住品质的解决方案。
Prefabricated Steel structure housing has the advantages of low-carbon emission,high efficiency,material saving,rapid construction,and so on,which is contributive to the transformation of the residential construction industry to the industrialization and green in China.Based on the design and implementation of the public renting houses of Beijing Winter Olympic Village project,this paper analyzes the existing design approaches and technical applications of four major prefabricated steel structure housing systems:structural system,external maintenance system,internal installation system,equipment and pipeline system.The paper points out the existing defects and problems,and puts forward the improvement methods and innovation for the design,such as the application of standardized modulus and the application of composite exterior curtain wall system between floors,in order to find solutions to improve the living quality of prefabricated steel structure housing.
