基于地域特色的绿色建筑设计实践——以珠海市气象灾害监测预警中心设计为例

Green Design Practice Based on Local Characteristics:A Case of the Design of Zhuhai Meteorological Disaster Monitoring and Early Warning Center

本文通过对珠海市气象灾害监测预警中心项目的建筑设计过程进行回顾,探讨在不同地域环境特点下,如何从既有环境特征、场地特点等展开分析,结合办公建筑自身的需求及功能特点,明确项目设计定位,理清绿色建筑设计思路,达到办公建筑绿色化设计的目的。在建筑设计过程中结合传统地域建筑特点,利用计算机模拟技术进行能耗分析,以数据结论为支撑依据,从通风、遮阳等方面对方案进行平面、立面优化设计,为办公建筑开展具有地域特色的绿色设计提供了重要参考依据。

This paper reviews the architectural design process of Zhuhai Meteorological Disaster Monitoring and Early Warning Center Project and discusses how to analyze the existing environmental impacts and site context under the perception of different regional environmental aspects.Combined with the design requirements and function of the office building itself,the paper defines the project orientation,clarifies the green architecture design ideas,and achieves the design goal of green office buildings.In the process of architectural design,combined with the features of traditional vernacular buildings,the paper applies computer simulation technology to analyze energy consumption.Then based on data resources,the paper optimizes the plan and elevation design from the aspects of ventilation and shading,which provides an important reference for the green and characteristic local design of green buildings.
