摘要
本文通过中国铁建·东岳华庭住宅项目场地煤矿采空区充填注浆工程实践,开展拟建建筑物下伏煤矿采空区充填注浆技术研究,探索治理煤矿采空区的有效手段。针对不同治理层位,分别采用“一次注浆工艺”和“上行式注浆工艺”,达到了良好的充填效果。研究结果表明:对于拟建建筑物下伏煤矿采空区,采用取芯孔施工—试验区注浆试验—帷幕孔施工及灌注—一般注浆孔施工及灌注—注浆效果检测的整体技术步骤,达到了安全高效的治理效果,最大程度上降低了施工成本。
Through the practice of filling and grouting in the coal mine goaf area of the site of China Railway Construction Dongyue Huating Residential Project,the research on the grouting and filling technology of the goaf area of the coal mine under the proposed building was carried out,and the effective means of treating the goaf area of the coal mine were explored.According to different treatment layers,the“one-time grouting process”and“uplink grouting process”are adopted respectively,which achieves a good filling effect.The research results show that for the goaf area of the buried coal mine under the proposed building,the overall technical steps of core hole construction-grouting test in experimental area-curtain hole construction and injection-general grouting hole construction and injection-grouting effect detection is adopted to achieve a safe and efficient governance effect and to reduce the construction costs to the greatest extent.
