城市建设施工安全重大危险源辨识与防治

The Identification and Prevention of Major Safety Hazards in Urban Construction

现阶段,随着市场经济的不断进步和发展,城市建筑行业面临着日益激烈的市场竞争,各企业要想从中脱颖而出,最重要的一项工作就是要正确辨识和防治城市建设施工安全重大危险源。基于此,本文参阅了大量国内外文献和资料,并在此基础之上对其进行了深入分析和研究,旨在为推进城市建设行业的可持续发展提供一些新的理论参考和启发。经研究结果表明,城市建设施工安全重大危险源包括施工现场的重大危险源和施工周围的重大危险源,施工单位可以利用现场调查法、工作任务分析法、故障树分析法、事件树分析法等来识别这些危险源,同时要分别从施工人员、施工技术、施工设备等方面入手来防治这些危险源,致力于从根本上规避重大安全事故。

At this stage,with the continuous progress and development of market economy,the urban construction industry is facing increasingly fierce market competition.If enterprises want to stand out,the most important work is to correctly identify and prevent major hazard sources of urban construction safety.Based on this,this paper refers to a large number of domestic and foreign literature and materials,and makes an in-depth analysis and research on it,in order to provide some new theoretical references and inspiration for promoting the sustainable development of urban construction industry.The research results show that the major hazard sources of urban construction safety include the major hazard sources on the construction site and around the construction.The construction unit can use the on-site investigation method,work task analysis method,fault tree analysis method and event tree analysis method to identify these hazard sources.At the same time,the construction personnel,construction technology,construction equipment and other aspects should be managed to prevent and control these hazards,and to strive to fundamentally avoid major safety accidents.
