装配式桥墩低周往复作用下的力学性能研究

摘要 装配式桥墩是桥梁工程中新兴的一种结构形式,具有施工快速、流程标准化、质量有保证的优点。为了研究装配式单柱桥墩在低周往复加载作用下的整体力学性能,建立ABAQUS整体桥墩,考虑塑性建立有限元模型,分析其塑性铰、钢筋与灌浆套筒应力、滞回曲线等特点,为实际工程提供相关参考。结果表明,装配式单柱桥墩的塑性铰在加载位移为50 mm时出现,出现于桥墩底部灌浆套筒上方的位置,是整个桥墩的危险部位;装配式单柱桥墩的滞回曲线不饱满,整体耗能能力较差。 Prefabricated bridge is a new structural form in bridge engineering,which has the advantages of fast construction,standardized process and guaranteed quality.In order to study the overall mechanical properties of prefabricated single-column piers under low-cycle reciprocating loading,the ABAQUS integral pier was established,and a finite element model was established considering plasticity to analyze its plastic hinge,stress of reinforcement and grouting sleeve and hysteretic curve,etc.,so as to provide relevant reference for practical engineering.The results show that the plastic hinge of the assembled single-column pier appears when the loading displacement is 50 mm,and it appears at the position above the grouting sleeve at the bottom of the pier,which is the dangerous part of the whole pier.The hysteresis curve of the assembled single-column pier is not full,and the overall energy consumption is poor.
