With the development of automobile industry and the continuous improvement of re-quirements of user for automobile quality,anti-corrosion ability has become an important quality assessment standard for automobile durability.How to design an effective corrosion test method and evaluation system for different parts is an essential part in anti-corrosion engineering.The key influencing factors of corrosion reaction of automobile parts are summarized,the methods of creating various corrosion environment elements in the laboratory and how to monitor and control test variables are expounded,four characteristics of corrosion test design are put forward,the key points of corrosion evaluation design are expounded,and reference for corrosion test design of automobile parts is provided.
