老年患者行无痛胃镜检查的临床护理进展

Clinical Nursing Progress of Senile Patients Undergoing Painless Gastroscopy

胃镜检查是诊断与治疗消化道疾病的重要手段,具有直观、准确等优点,但其属于侵入性操作,操作过程中由于刺激患者咽喉部,可引起呛咳、恶心、呕吐、心率加快、躁动、血压升高等一系列不良反应。随着胃镜技术的不断发展和人们对诊疗需求、舒适需求的提高,近年来,无痛胃镜被更多医生和患者认可并选择,目前已广泛应用于消化系统疾病的临床诊疗中。但由于在检查过程中需要使用麻醉药物,部分老年患者可因麻醉药物产生不良反应,甚至发生不良事件,加上该项检查可在门诊完成,留院观察时间相对较短,使得老年患者在行无痛胃镜检查时存在一定风险。因此,对接受无痛胃镜检查的老年患者实施有效的护理尤为重要。本文就近年来老年患者行无痛胃镜检查的临床护理作一简要综述,以期为老年患者行无痛胃镜检查的临床护理工作提供一定的依据。

Gastroscopy is an important means of diagnosis and treatment of digestive tract diseases,with the advantage of direct vision and accuracy.However,it is an invasive operation,which can cause a series of adverse reactions such as nausea,vomiting,increased heart rate,cough,agitation and elevated blood pressure due to stimulation of the pharynx during the operation.With the continuous development of gastroscopy technology and the improvement of people's diagnosis and treatment needs and comfort needs,painless gastroscopy has been recognized and selected by more doctors and patients in recent years,and has been widely used in the clinical diagnosis and treatment of digestive system diseases.But due to the use of anesthetics during the inspection,some elderly patients may produce adverse reactions due to anesthetics,even adverse event.In addition,the inspection can be completed in a clinic,the hospital observation time is relatively short,which lead to certain risk of painless gastroscopy in elderly patients,so effective nursing is important for elderly patients undergoing painless gastroscopy.In this paper,clinical nursing progress of elderly patients in painless gastroscopy in recent years is reviewed and summarized,to provide certain basis for the clinical nursing work.
