基于“正气存内,邪不可干”理论探讨扶正固本对脓毒症的促进作用

Exploring Promoting Effect of Supporting Healthy Energy on Sepsis Based on the Theory of“Vital Qi Inside,Pathogenic Factors Away”in Huangdi Neijing

《黄帝内经》记载:“正气存内,邪不可干”“邪之所凑,其气必虚”。正气不足是脓毒症发生发展的根本内在因素。正气亏虚,感染外邪,身体发生脓毒症,可导致心、肺、肝、肾、胃肠道等多个器官功能受损,从而引发多器官功能衰竭,促使气血阴阳急剧亏虚,精气神迅速衰败。脓毒症的转归与正气盛衰有密切的联系。扶正固本对脓毒症多器官功能障碍综合征患者有明显保护作用。临床治疗过程中应重视扶正,补益气血阴阳,注意时时保存正气。
