肾衰复元汤治疗慢性肾衰竭的效果分析

Analysis on Effect of Shenshuai Fuyuan Decoction in Treatment of Chronic Renal Failure

目的:分析在慢性肾衰竭患者中采用肾衰复元汤治疗的效果。方法:选取2019年11月-2021年11月青岛静康中医肾脏病医院收治的慢性肾衰竭患者166例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组,各83例。试验组采用肾衰复元汤联合西医综合治疗,对照组采用西医综合治疗。对比两组临床治疗效果。结果:治疗前,两组尿酸、肌酐清除率、尿素氮、肌酐水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,试验组尿酸、尿素氮、肌酐水平低于对照组,肌酐清除率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者血红蛋白、血浆白蛋白、24 h尿蛋白定量、总胆固醇、甘油三酯水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者血浆白蛋白水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),试验组血红蛋白高于对照组,24 h尿蛋白定量、总胆固醇、甘油三酯水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者腰膝酸软、恶心呕吐、食少纳呆、倦怠乏力等中医证候积分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,试验组患者腰膝酸软、恶心呕吐、食少纳呆、倦怠乏力等中医证候积分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用肾衰复元汤治疗慢性肾衰竭患者,可以有效改善患者肾功能与临床症状,减缓肾衰竭进展,临床治疗效果显著,值得应用并予以推广。

Objective:To analyze the treatment effect of Shenshuai Fuyuan Decoction in patients with chronic renal failure.Methods:A total of 166 patients with chronic renal failure treated in Qingdao Jingkang TCM Hospital of Nephrology from November 2019 to November 2021 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and experimental group according to random number table method,with 83 cases in each group.The experimental group received Shenshuai Fuyuan Decoction combined with western medicine,and the control group received comprehensive treatment of western medicine.The clinical therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results:Before treatment,there were no significant differences in the uric acid,creatinine clearance rate,urea nitrogen and creatinine levels between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of uric acid,urea nitrogen and creatinine in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,and the creatinine clearance rate in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in the levels of hemoglobin,plasma albumin,24-h urine protein quantification,total cholesterol and triglycerides between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the plasma albumin levels of the two groups were not significantly different(P>0.05),the hemoglobin in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,and the 24-h urine protein quantitation,total cholesterol and triglyceride levels in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in the scores of TCM symptoms such as soreness and weakness of waist and knees,nausea and vomiting,low appetite and anorexia,burnout and weakness between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of waist and knees,nausea and vomiting,low appetite and anorexia,burnout and weakness in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of Shenshuai Fuyuan Decoction in treatment of patients with chronic renal failure can effectively improve the renal function and clinical symptoms,slow down the progress of renal failure.The clinical treatment effect is remarkable,which is worthy of popularization and application.
