优质护理服务在护理临床带教中的应用效果分析

摘要 目的:分析在护理临床带教中实施优质护理服务的效果。方法:选取2019年2月-2020年2月德阳市人民医院接收的76名护理实习生为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,每组38名。对照组实习生接受传统带教模式,研究组实习生接受优质护理服务临床带教,比较两组实习生的考核成绩、综合实习能力评分以及对教学的满意度。结果:研究组护理理论知识考核成绩以及护理技能考核成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组语言沟通能力、应急能力、分析解决问题能力、运用知识能力、主动服务意识、行为态度以及团队协作精神评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组教师的职业素养、管理患者能力、维护学生的利益、授课方式及教学效果评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在护理临床带教中实施优质护理服务,可提升实习生操作能力,促进教学质量提升,值得推广。 Objective:To analyze the effect of high-quality nursing services in nursing clinical teaching.Methods:A total of 76 nursing interns received by Deyang People's Hospital from February 2019 to February 2020 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and study group according to random number table method,with 38 cases in each group.The interns in the control group received traditional teaching model and the interns in the study group received clinical teaching of high-quality nursing services.The assessment scores,comprehensive internship ability score and satisfaction with teaching of interns in two groups were compared.Results:The nursing theoretical knowledge assessment scores and nursing skills assessment scores in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of language communication ability,emergency response ability,problem-analyzing and problem-solving ability,knowledge application ability,proactive service awareness,behavior attitude and teamwork spirit in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The professional quality,ability to manage patients,safeguarding students'interests,teaching methods and teaching effect scores of teachers in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of high-quality nursing services in nursing clinical teaching is of high value and is worth promoting.
