Objective:To analyze the content of 5 elements including trace elements(Cu,Zn,Fe)and macroelements(Ca,Mg)in venous whole blood of children in Loudi area, understand the health status of children, guide a reasonable diet of children, prevent the occurrence of diseases, and timely supplement the elements required for growth and development of children. Methods:A total of 1517 children who received physical examination in Loudi Central Hospital from January 2019 to July 2019 were selected as the study subjects.According to age, they were divided into infancy group, early childhood group, and preschool age group. The copper, zinc, iron, calcium and magnesium elements in three groups were analyzed. Results:The contents of copper and calcium elements decreased with the increasing age,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The contents of zinc and iron elements increased with the increasing age,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The contents of magnesium element in the three groups were relatively stable, and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).No magnesium deficiency was detected; There was no statistically significant difference in copper elements among the three groups(P>0.05).Zinc and iron deficiency was improved with the increasing age, while calcium deficiency increased with the increasing age,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Children are in the period of vigorous growth and development. The deficiency of trace elements is common in children, and requires the attention from parents and doctors. It is suggested to take different intervention measures according to the characteristics of different age groups, supplement nutrition through rational diet, regularly monitor the contents of trace elements in children, and focus on prevention.Scientific and reasonable supplementation can avoid the disease caused by the element excessiveness or deficiency, and ensure the healthy growth of children.
