规范化定期培训应用于社区产后访视人员的效果观察

Effect Observation of Standardized Regular Training on Postpartum Visitors in Community

目的:探讨规范化定期培训应用于社区产后访视人员的效果。方法:选取2018年1月-2019年12月番禺区社区产后访视的600例产妇为研究对象,未接受规范化培训的社区产后访视人员访视的产妇为对照组,相同的访视人员,接受规范化培训后访视的产妇为观察组,各300例。比较规范化培训前后访视服务内容落实情况、产妇满意度。结果:观察组妈妈情况、母乳喂养、妈妈体温、宝宝体重、新生儿沐浴、新生儿抚触方面的落实人数均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组对健康教育内容、服务态度、沟通能力、专业知识水平满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:规范化定期培训能促进社区产后访视人员对产妇各项内容的落实,提高产妇对于访视人员工作的满意度及服务质量的认可。

Objective:To explore the effect of standardized regular training on postpartum visitors in community.Methods:A total of 600 puerpera who received community postpartum visits in Panyu District from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the study subjects.Those receiving community postpartum visits by personnel who did not receive standardized training were included as the control group.Using the same method,those receiving community postpartum visits by personnel who received standardized training were included as the observation group.Each group contained 300 cases.The implementation of visit service content and the puerpera satisfaction before and after standardized training were compared.Results:The number of people in the observation group who implemented the mother's condition,breastfeeding,mother's temperature,baby's weight,breastfeeding,neonatal bath and neonatal touching was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The satisfaction with the content of health education,service attitude,communication ability and professional knowledge in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Standardized regular training can promote the implementation of various contents by postpartum visitors in the community,and improve puerpera satisfaction with the work of visitors and recognition of service quality.
