标准促民营经济发展新标杆——基于“两个健康”标准的研究

A New Benchmark for Promoting Development of the Private Economy——A Study Based on "Two Health" Standards

民营经济是我国社会主义市场经济的重要组成部分。温州自2018年获批创建全国首个新时代“两个健康”先行区以来,形成了一批制度成果、理论成果、发展成果。文中阐述了当前“两个健康”创建成效,从三方面说明标准赋能“两个健康”发展,以“两个健康”评价指标体系地方标准为基础,研究上升国家标准所面临的三点挑战,提出了去繁求简、因地制宜、反馈传递的解决思路,探索在全国范围形成可复制推广的“两个健康”经验,以标准促民营经济发展新标杆。

Private economy is an important part of China’s socialist market economy.Since Wenzhou was approved to create the first "two health" pilot area in the new era in 2018,a number of institutional achievements,theoretical achievements and development achievements have been formed.This paper expounds the achievements of the current "two health" creation,and explains that the standard enables the development of "two health" from three aspects.Based on the local standards of the "two health" evaluation index system,it studies the three challenges faced by the rising national standards,puts forward the solution ideas of eliminating complexity and seeking simplicity,adapting measures to local conditions and feedback transmission,and explores the experience of "two health" that can be replicated and popularized throughout the country.It is a new benchmark for promoting the development of private economy with standards.
