摘要
电线电缆的生产原料通常采用聚氯乙烯,然而其可燃性常导致电气火灾发生。文中通过分析低烟无卤阻燃聚烯烃电缆材料的特性、生产工艺的控制要点以及低烟性能试验,得出通过适当减小电线电缆的外径既可以节约生产成本,又可以提高低烟性能,减少电线电缆燃烧时产生的烟雾,从而减小火灾时引起的危害。
The raw material for the production of wires and cables is usually polyvinyl chloride,but its flammability often leads to electrical fires.This article analyzes the characteristics of low-smoke halogen-free flame-retardant polyolefin cable materials,the control points of the production process,and the low-smoke performance test,and concludes that by appropriately reducing the outer diameter of the wire and cable can not only save production costs,but also improve low-smoke performance,reducing the smoke produced when the wire and cable burn,thereby reducing the hazards caused by the fire.
