人口老龄化背景下新型职业农民培育的困境及对策——基于农村职业教育的视角

The Dilemma and Countermeasures of Cultivating New Professional Famers under the Background of Population Aging--Based on the Perspective of Vocational Education

农业现代化是实现我国乡村振兴的必要前提,培育新型职业农民是推动农业农村发展的基础性举措。在我国人口老龄化进程加快的历史背景下,农村职业教育培养新型职业农民还存在较大的问题:新型职业农民培育存在着培育观念不先进、培育内容不科学、培育资源不充分和培育制度不健全等。因此,农村职业教育要与实际相结合,破解农村人口老龄化带来的困境,通过更新认知理念、更新教育内容、多元主体办学、完善培育制度等来实现农业农村现代化,从而为打造一支结构合理、数量充足、素质优良的新型职业农民队伍提供有力支撑。

Agricultural modernization is a necessary prerequisite for the revitalization of rural areas in China,and cultivating new professional farmers is the basic force to promote the development of agricultural and rural areas.Under the historical background of accelerating the process of population aging in China,there are still major problems in the cultivation of new professional farmers in rural vacational education:the concept of cultivating new professional farmers is not advanced,the cultivation content is unscientific,the cultivation resources are not sufficient,and the cultivation system is not comprehensive.Therefore,rural vocational education should be combined with reality,solve the dilemma caused by the aging of the rural population,and realize the modernization of agriculture and rural areas by updating cognitive concepts,updating educational content,running schools with multiple subjects,and improving the cultivation system,so as to provide favorable support for building a new typ of professional farmers with reasonable structure,sufficient quantity and excellent quality.
