摘要
气象用数字式气压计在两次检定或校准间隔之间,由于元器件的老化、使用中的磨损、使用或保存环境的变化等因素,都可能导致其性能发生变化。为了确保气象用数字式气压计在两次检定或校准间隔之间保持其原有状态的持续可信,文中提出一种气象用数字式气压计期间核查方案。该方案包括核查标准的选择、核查参数的选择、核查方法的设计、核查频次的确定以及核查结论的判定五个方面。以型号为XDY⁃06的0.01级数字式气压计作为核查对象,以芬兰维萨拉公司型号为PTB220的气压传感器作为核查标准,对所提核查方案的有效性与可行性进行验证。结果表明,气象用数字式气压计期间核查方案能够实现对设备通用性能和计量性能的核查,以及每次核查数据的对比,确保设备的计量性能在两次检定或校准间隔之间可得到持续有效的控制。
Between two checks or a calibration interval,the performance of digital barometer used in meteorological observation may change due to aging of components,wear in use,changes in use or storage environment and other factors.In order to ensure that the digital barometer used in meteorological observation can maintain the continuous credibility of its original state between the two checks or a calibration interval,a check scheme of digital barometer used in meteorological observation is proposed.The scheme includes five aspects:the selection of check standard,the selection of check parameters,the design of check method,the determination of check frequency and the determination of check conclusions.The 0.01⁃level XDY⁃06 digital barometer is used as the check object,and the PTB220 barometer sensor from Finland Vaisala is used as the check standard to verify the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed check scheme.The results show that the check scheme of digital barometer used in meteorological observation can realize the check of the general performance and metering performance of the equipment,and the comparison between data in every check,so as to ensure that the metering performance of the equipment can be controlled continuously and effectively between two checks or a calibration interval.
