乌附晕痛散治疗老年颈性眩晕疗效观察

The clinical effect of Wufu Yuntong prescription on senile cervical vertigo

目的观察乌附晕痛散治疗老年颈性眩晕的临床疗效。方法将符合纳入标准的老年颈性眩晕患者64例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组32例。对照组为常规西医治疗,治疗组为西医治疗联合乌附晕痛散,疗程1周。观察两组的有效率、ESCV评分的变化,治疗前后椎-基底动脉平均血流水平。结果治疗组治疗有效率为93.75%高于对照组治疗总有效率的78.12%(P<0.05);治疗组患者经过1周的治疗,ESCV量表评分高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后椎-基底动脉平均血流水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论乌附晕痛散外敷治疗老年颈性眩晕疗效显著,可有效改善老年颈性眩晕患者的椎-基底动脉血流速度。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Wufu Yuntong prescription on senile cervical vertigo.Methods A total of 64 cases of elderly patients with cervical vertigo who met the inclusion criteria were divided into treatment group and control group according to the randomized control method,with 32 cases in each group.The control group was treated with basis of western medicine,and the treatment group was treated with Wufu Yuntong prescription on the basis of the control group.The treatment lasted for 1 weeks.To observe the therapeutic effect,ESCV score of the two groups after treatment,vertebrobasilar artery mean blood flow level before and after treatment.Results The effective rate of the treatment group was 93.75%,higher than 78.12%in the control group(P<0.05).After 1 week of treatment,ESCV score,the treatment group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).The mean blood flow levels of vertebrobasilar artery after treatment,were higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Wufu Yuntong prescription is effective in the treatment of senile cervical vertigo,and it can effectively improve the blood flow velocity of vertebrobasilar artery in the elderly patients.
