Analysis of the reasons for the elimination of ophthalmology in the medical selection of air combat personnel in the western theater command,PLA

目的分析西部战区地改空医学选拔眼科的淘汰原因。方式统计2020年8至2021年12月地改空人员眼部的全部检查,进行相关资料的描述性分析。结果裸眼视力不达标为主要淘汰原因,淘汰率为61%,其次为眼底病变,淘汰率为23%。参加医学选拔者,已行近视矫正手术者(时间>6个月)占30%;选拔合格人员中,已行手术者占合格总数的35%,占参检人员已行手术者的91%。结论地改空医学选拔主要的淘汰原因为裸眼视力不足、眼底病变。已行近视矫正手术者(时间>6个月)参加选拔合格率高。

Objective To analyze the reasons for elimination of ophthalmology in medical selection of ground to air in the Western Theater Command,PLA.Methords All eye examinations of ground-to-air soldiers,from August 2020 to December 2021 were counted,and descriptive analysis of relevant data was carried out.Results The main reason for elimination was poor naked eye vision,with an elimination rate of 61%;the second reason was fundus lesions,with an elimination rate of 23%.Among those who participated in medical selection,there was 30%who hadundergone myopia correction surgery(time>6 months);Among the qualified personnel selected,there were 35%who have undergone surgery,that accounted for 91%of the soldiers who have undergone surgery.Conclusion The main reasons for the Western Theater Command were poor naked eye vision and fundus lesions.Those who had undergone myopia correction surgery(>6months)had a high pass rate for the selection.
