“双高计划”背景下工程造价专业实施现代学徒制的现状及完善路径研究

Research on the Current Situation and Improvement Path of Modern Apprenticeship in Engineering Cost Specialty under the Background of"Double High Plan"

由学徒制的本质含义演化而来的现代学徒制,现阶段在职业教育领域备受关注。研究高职院校现代学徒制人才培养现状,有利于增强高等职业教育产教融合、校企合作的有效性,完善高职院校现代学徒制人才培养的体制机制,最终提升我国高职教育整体的人才培养质量。本文以研究杨凌职业技术学院高等职业试点院校实施学徒制现状基础上,提出了切实可行的完善路径。将这些有效措施运用于高职院校开展现代学徒制校企合作订单班培养工作中,以此加快推动试点院校的实践进程。

Modern apprenticeship,which evolved from the essence of apprenticeship,has attracted much attention in the field of vocational education.The research on the present situation of modern apprenticeship talent training in higher vocational colleges is conducive to enhancing the effectiveness of industry-education integration and school-enterprise cooperation in higher vocational education,improving the system and mechanism of modern apprenticeship talent training in higher vocational colleges,and ultimately improving the overall quality of talent training in higher vocational education in China.Based on the study of the current situation of the implementation of apprenticeship system in yangling Vocational and Technical College and other higher vocational pilot colleges,this paper puts forward feasible improvement paths,and applies these effective measures to the training of modern apprenticeship school-enterprise cooperation order class in higher vocational colleges,so as to accelerate the practice process of pilot colleges.
