“课岗证赛”融合下食品检验检测技术专业人才培养模式探究

为了深化职教改革,培养为社会服务的高技能复合型人才,针对食品检验检测技术专业依据人才培养现状,明确培养目标,坚持以岗定课,以证设课,以赛促学,优化教学内容,转变教学模式,改进课程评价体系,实现工作岗位、“1+X”证书、职业技能竞赛和课程的有机衔接,“课岗证赛”与食品检验检测技术专业培养模式的深度融合,进而夯实学生岗位技能,增强职业素养,为社会培养高素质人才。
