教育实践是实现师范生专业成长不可或缺的重要环节,要实现教育实践的育人价值,必须构建符合OBE理念的教育实践体系:基于反向设计、“产出导向”的目标体系构建是教育实践教学体系建设的基础,基于目标达成、正向施工的课程内容体系开发是教育实践教学体系建设的核心;基于对照目标、反映需求的评价体系建设是教育实践教学体系建设的关键,建设条件满足、支持有力的支持体系是教育实践教学体系的根本保障。

Educational practice is a very important step to achieve the professional development of normal school students.It is necessary to construct the educational practice system that conforms to the OBE idea in order to realize the education value of educational practice:the construction of the goal system based on reverse design and"output orientation"is the basis of the construction of the educational practice teaching system,and the development of the curriculum content system based on goal achievement and positive construction is the core of the construction of the educational practice teaching system,and the construction of the evaluation system based on the matched objectives and reflecting demands is the key to the construction of the educational practice teaching system.Building the supporting system condition-satisfied and well supported is the basic guarantee of the educational practice teaching system.
