摘要
提出一种谐振型双半桥+全桥三端口DC-DC变换器,各端口间均可实现功率双向流动。首先,分析该三端口DC-DC变换器的工作原理;其次,建立变换器稳态模型并分析功率传输特性和软开关特性;然后,对端口间功率耦合原因进行分析并提出硬件解耦方法;最后,通过磁集成降低磁元件数量,并通过仿真和样机实验验证所提三端口变换器硬件解耦的可行性以及磁设计和控制方案的正确性。
In this paper,a new resonant three-port DC-DC converter with dual half bridges plus one full bridge is proposed,which can realize bidirectional power flow between each port. Firstly,the operation principle of the three port converter is analyzed. Secondly,the steady-state model of the converter is established,and the power transmission characteristics and soft switching characteristics are analyzed. Thirdly,the causes of the power couplings between ports are analyzed and the hardware decoupling method is proposed.Finally,the number of magnetic elements is reduced through magnetic integration,and the correctness of the theoretical analysis is verified by simulation and prototype experiments.
