摘要
为提升幼儿园教师开展社会情感教育活动的能力,研究者通过行动研究探索社会情感学习与绘本教学活动的融合途径,形成了一套设计和实施活动的理论与实践工具。两轮行动研究之后,确定了活动设计的基本程序以及活动的关键环节,归纳了相应环节的有效教学支持策略。结果发现,本行动研究提升了活动设计的科学性,增强了活动实施的有效性。基于此,研究者提出了相关教育建议。
To improve kindergarten teachers in terms of conducting socio-emotional education activities,this research explores the ways to integrate social emotional learning with picture book teaching through action study,and consequently develops a set of theoretical and practical tools for the design and implementation of educational activities.After two rounds of actions,basic procedures of activity design are determined,key links of the activity are identified,and effective teaching support strategies for the corresponding links are summarized.The study finds that the action research has improved the scientificity of activity design as well as the effectiveness of activity implementation.Based on this,relevant suggestions on education are put forward.
