2016版ISO 14021《环境标志和声明自我环境声明(Ⅱ型环境标志)》国际标准分析研究

国际标准化组织ISO/TC 207环境管理技术委员会于2016年正式发布了ISO 14021:2016《环境标志和声明自我环境声明(Ⅱ型环境标志)》国际标准,对ISO 14021:1999版国际标准进行了修订与完善,新纳入了可再生材料、可再生能源、可持续的和与温室气体排放相关的声明要求。本文重点介绍了2016新版ISO 14021国际标准的总体框架,阐释了关键术语和定义,并对重点修订变化内容进行了研究分析,旨在使我国组织更好地理解ISO14021国际标准的最新变化,为规范开展Ⅱ型环境标志自我声明及相关验证工作提供帮助。

The Environmental Management Technical Committee of International Organization for Standardization(ISO/TC 207)formally published ISO 14021:2016,Environmental labels and declarations–Self-declared environmental claims(TypeⅡenvironmental labelling)in 2016.The 1999 edition of the international standard has been revised and improved to include renewable materials,renewable energy,sustainable and greenhouse gas emissions-related declaration requirements.This paper mainly introduces the general frame of ISO 14021:2016,explains the key terms and definitions,and analyzes the content of key revision,in order to help better understand the latest changes of ISO 14021 international standard,and offer help to carry out the self-declaration of TypeⅡenvironmental labelling and related verification.
