基于真实世界数据的大型医疗设备实时监测与评价应用系统的构建——以磁共振为例 被引量:5

摘要 目的针对医院大型医疗设备管理中存在的诸多问题,本文利用设备校准记录、运行日志等真实世界数据,通过物联网与数字化的技术手段,真实客观呈现设备的运行使用状况,为建立归一化的医疗大数据平台提供系统支撑.方法设计日志采集器并通过网口采集设备运行日志源文件,然后利用日志解析技术得到统一格式的数据,经过数据融合分析与应用开发,建立大型医用设备实时监测与评价应用系统.结果以磁共振设备为例具体说明正式应用本系统的6个月,实现了医疗设备运行动态与风险故障的实时监测,保障了设备运维保障质量与效率,提高了设备使用动态评价准确度与有效性,优化设备使用效率.结论大型医疗设备实时监测与评价应用系统可以实现医院不同品类、不同品牌型号设备的运行日志采集与解析,并通过标准化的形式呈现与应用,实现基于真实世界数据的医疗设备临床应用精细化评价与管理. Objective In view of many problems existing in the management of large medical equipment in the hospital,we use the Internet of Things and digital technology,combined with real world data such as equipment calibration records and operation logs,to truly and objectively present the operation and use of equipment and provide systematic support for the establishment of a normalized medical big data platform.MethodsWe designed a log collector and collect the log source files of the equipment through the network port,and then use the log parsing technology to obtain a unified format of data.After data fusion analysis and application development,we established a real-time monitoring and evaluation application system for large medical equipment.Results Taking the magnetic resonance equipment as an example,the six-month formal application of the system realized the real-time monitoring of the operation dynamics and risk faults of medical equipment,ensured the quality and efficiency of equipment operation and maintenance support,significantly improved the accuracy and effectiveness of dynamic evaluation of equipment use,and optimized the efficiency of equipment use.Conclusion The application system of real-time monitoring and evaluation for large medical equipment could realize the operation log collection and analysis of different types and brands of equipment in hospitals,and realize the fine evaluation and management of clinical application for medical equipment based on real world data through standardized presentation and application.
