心电监护仪联合快速康复干预在肺部手术患者康复中的应用效果

Application effect of electrocardiogram monitor combined with rapid rehabilitation intervention in the rehabilitation of patients undergoing pulmonary surgery

目的探究心电监护仪联合快速康复护理干预在肺部切除手术患者中的应用效果,及对舒适度的影响.方法选取2020年6月-2021年7月我院收治的168例肺癌患者,均接受肺部切除手术治疗,按照患者意愿分成两组,对照组接受单一的快速康复干预,研究组则接受心电监护仪联合快速康复干预.观察分析两组患者的临床指标、血气指标、并发症发生情况与手术舒适度等指标.结果研究组的首次排便时间、拔管时间、术后下地时间、术后住院时间等指标均短于对照组(P<0.05).干预后,研究组PaCO_(2)低于对照组,PaO_(2)高于对照组(P<0.05).研究组的并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05).研究组的整体手术舒适度评分高于对照组(P<0.05).结论在肺部手术患者干预过程中应用心电监护仪联合快速康复护理干预能够缩短首次排便时间、拔管时间、术后下地时间、术后住院时间,降低PaCO_(2)水平,提高PaO2水平,提升干预安全性和舒适度,值得推广应用.

Objective To explore the application effect of ECG monitor combined with rapid rehabilitation nursing intervention in patients with pulmonary resection and its influence on comfort.Methods A total of 168 patients with lung cancer admitted to our hospital from June 2020 to July 2021 were selected and all received pulmonary resection surgery.According to the will of the patients,they were divided into two groups.The control group received single fast track nursing intervention,while the research group received ECG monitor combined with fast track nursing intervention.The clinical indexes,blood gas indexes,complications and surgical comfort of the two groups were observed and analyzed.Results The first defecation time,extubation time,time to the ground after surgery,and hospital stay after surgery in the study group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,PaCO_(2),in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and PaO_(2),was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The overall surgical comfort score of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<O.05).Conclusion The application of ECG monitor combined with rapid rehabilitation nursing intervention in the intervention process of pulmonary surgery patients can shorten the first defecation time,extubation time,postoperative ground time,postoperative hospital stay,reduce the level of PaCO_(2),improve the level of PaO_(2),and improve the safety and comfort of intervention,which is worthy of promotion and application.
