组合式前列腺炎激光治疗仪在前列腺炎患者治疗中的应用效果

Application effect of combined laser therapeutic instrument for prostatitis in treatment of patients with prostatitis

目的探讨组合式前列腺炎激光治疗仪的应用,对前列腺炎患者的影响.方法选取2021年1月-2022年1月医院接收的106例前列腺炎患者,依照患者意愿分为研究组和对照组.两组患者均接受强化宣教干预,同时,对照组单纯采用前列疏通胶囊配合抗生素进行治疗,而研究组则在对照组基础上联合前列腺激光治疗仪治疗,对两组治疗效果,以及治疗前、后的炎性介质水平、尿动力学指标以及白细胞和卵磷小体级别评分,同时,还对两组治疗前、后的生活质量水平,以及用药期间不良反应进行对比分析.结果研究组总有效率较对照组高(P<0.05);研究组治疗后的IL-8、IFN-α水平均较对照组低(P<0.05);研究组治疗后MFR指标高于对照组,而RVU指标低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组治疗后WBC指标较对照组低,而卵磷脂小体级别评分较对照组高(P<0.05);研究组治疗后的各项生活质量评分均较对照组高(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率对比无显著差异(P>0.05).结论在前列腺炎患者中,采用组合式前列腺炎激光治疗仪与强化宣教联合的方案,其效果较好,有助于改善患者的炎性介质水平,利于提高患者的生活质量水平.

Objective To explore the combined application of combined prostatitis laser treatment apparatus and intensive education on the effects of prostatitis patients.Methods From January 2021 to January 2022,106 patients with prostatitis received by the hospital were divided into a study group and a control group according to the patients'wishes.Both groups of patients received intensive publicity and education intervention.At the same time,the control group was treated with Qianlie Shutong capsules combined with antibiotics,while the study group was treated with prostate laser therapy on the basis of the control group.The levels of inflammatory mediators,urodynamic indexes and leukocyte and lecithin body grade scores were also compared between the two groups before and after treatment,as well as the adverse reactions during treatment.Results The total effective rate in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of IL-8 and IFN-αin the study group after treatment were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The MFR index in the study group after treatment was higher than that in the control group,The RVU index was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The WBC index in the study group after treatment was lower than that in the control group,while the lecithin body grade score was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of quality of life in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).ConclusionIn patients with prostatitis,the combination of combined prostatitis laser therapeutic apparatus and intensive education has a good effect,which is helpful to improve the level of inflammatory mediators and improve the quality of life of patients.
