Experience Introduction of WANG Hui Treating Essential Hypertension by Method of Dispelling Dampness and Unblocking the Collaterals

介绍王晖教授运用祛湿通络法辨治原发性高血压病的临床经验。王晖教授认为,原发性高血压属中医络病范畴,临床寒、湿、热、瘀、虚多种病因病机错综复杂,治疗上基于“络宜通补”的理论思想,结合江南多烟雨、湿气晴犹重的气候特点,以祛湿通络法为基础,分期论治,攻补共济,以达到络脉通畅、气血调和的动态平衡状态。

This paper introduces Professor WANG Hui’s clinical experience in treating essential hypertension by method of dispelling dampness and unblocking the collaterals.Professor WANG Hui believes that essential hypertension belongs to the category of collateral diseases in Chinese medicine.The clinical etiology and pathogenesis of cold,dampness,heat,blood stasis and deficiency are complex.Combined with the climatic characteristics of the south of the Yangtze River,which is full of misty rain and still damp in sunny days,and based on the theoretical idea of“collateral is suitable for unblocking and supplementing”,and the method of dispelling dampness and unblocking the collaterals,the treatment is treated by stages and with both attack and supplementation,so as to achieve a dynamic balance state of unblock collaterals and qi and blood harmony.
