双循环视角下旅游资源和国内旅游经济空间错位演变及优化——以云南省为例

The Evolution of the Spatial Dislocation of Tourism Resources and Domestic Tourism Economy in Yunnan Province from the Perspective of Dual Circulation

遵循“双循环视角—空间演变—影响因素—优化调控”的思路,综合运用多种定量方法探究云南省旅游资源和国内旅游经济空间演变特征.结果表明:(1)重心演变上,旅游资源重心和国内旅游经济重心错位程度不断缩小,呈现出非极化和逐步协调的态势.(2)错位关系上,多数州市位于无明显错位区,负错区朝滇西北地区和滇东南地区演变,正错区呈现出“集聚分布—分散分布—空间收敛”的演变态势.(3)匹配性上,昆明市、大理白族自治州、丽江市、西双版纳傣族自治州和红河哈尼族彝族自治州为双高型城市;楚雄彝族自治州、玉溪市、德宏傣族景颇族自治州、怒江傈僳族自治州、临沧市、文山壮族苗族自治州、曲靖市和昭通市长期为双低型城市,但发展趋势向好;尚不存在低高型城市.(4)优化策略上,国内大循环为主体,国内国际双循环相互促进;优化游客入滇的交通环境,畅通国内大循环;轴带式联动化布局,实施区域协同发展战略;实施差异化发展策略.

The idea of "dual circulation perspective-spatial evolution-influencing factors-optimized regulation" was followed, and a variety of quantitative methods was used to explore the spatial evolution characteristics between Yunnan tourism resources and domestic tourism economy in this study.The result shows(1)in the evolution of gravity, the gap of dislocation continues to shrink between the gravity of tourism resources and the gravity of the domestic tourism economy.This shows the development trend of non-polarization and gradual coordination between the two elements.(2)In terms of dislocation, most cities are located in areas with no obvious dislocation, while the negative dislocation zones evolve towards the northwest and southeast of Yunnan.The positive dislocation zones present an evolutionary trend of "agglomeration distribution-scattered distribution-spatial convergence".(3)In terms of adaptability, Kunming, Dali, Lijiang, Xishuangbanna and Honghe always stay in the type of high resources and high economy.Chu Xiong, Yuxi, Dehong, Nujiang, Lincang, Wenshan, Qujing and Zhaotong stay in the type of low tourism resources and low-economy for a long time, but their development trend is good.Now, there is no city belongs to low resources and high-economical type in Yunnan province.(4)In terms of development strategy, tourism in Yunnan should take the domestic tourism circulation as the main body, and the domestic circulation and international tourism circulation should promote each other.The transportation environment for tourists to enter Yunnan should be optimized and regional coordinated development strategies should be implemented in Yunnan province.The implementation of differentiated development strategies is equally important for cities in Yunnan.
