自制芒硝冰片袋外敷配合冰袋冷敷治疗闭合性胫腓骨中下1/3骨折早期肿胀临床分析

Clinical analysis of Self-regulating sodium sulfate and borneol bag combined within ice pack cold compress in the treatment of early swelling of the middle and lower 1/3 fracture of tibia and fibula

目的 观察自制芒硝冰片袋外敷配合冰袋冷敷治疗闭合性胫腓骨中下1/3骨折早期肿胀的临床效果。方法 将60例胫腓骨中下1/3骨折的患者随机分成3组:冰敷组(A组)、芒硝冰片袋配合24h内冰袋冷敷组(B组),芒硝冰片袋配合冰袋冷敷组(C组)。观察3组的肿胀值、消肿率及肿胀程度,共观察5d。结果 经过5d治疗后,B组肿胀值及消肿率优于C组、A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。骨折肿胀程度达轻度肿胀时可行手术治疗,轻度肿胀A组:30%,B组:85%,C组:55%,B组优于C组、A组(P<0.05)。结论 自制芒硝冰片袋外敷24h内配合冰袋冷敷能有效的治疗闭合性胫腓骨中下1/3骨折的早期肿胀疗效显著,值得临床推广。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of external application of Self-regulating sodium sulfate and borneol bag combined with ice pack cold compress in the treatment of early swelling of the middle and lower 1/3 fracture of tibia and fibula.Methods Sixty patients with fractures of the middle and lower 1/3 of tibiofibula were randomly divided into three groups: Ice pack cold compress group(Group A),sodium sulfate and borneol bag combined with ice pack cold compress within 24 hours group(group B),sodium sulfate and borneol bag combined with ice pack cold compress group(group C).The tumidity value, detumescence and tumidity degree of the three groups were observed for five days.Results After 5 days of treatment, in terms of the tumidity value and detumescence, group B was superior to group C and group C was superior to group A,implying statistical significance(P<0.05).Surgical treatment is feasible when the degree of fracture tumidity reaches mild swelling.Mild swelling group A:30%,group B:85%,group C:55%,group B is better than group C and group C is better than group A.Conclusion Self-regulating sodium sulfate and borneol bag combined with ice pack cold compress within 24 hours can effectively treat the early tumidity of closed tibiofibula fracture in the middle and lower 1/3.
