来华留学生临床教学同质化的实践与思考

The practice and thinking of clinical teaching homogeneity of international students in China

随着教育国际化和我国高等医学教育事业的发展,留学生教育逐渐成为我国教育国际化的重要组成部分。如何保证来华医学留学生临床教学质量成为接收留学生的高等医学院校共同面对的课题。本研究结合自身教学经验,针对留学生的特点,对临床教学进行了多方面的改进和探索,并初显成效。并对留学生临床教学中存在的突出问题和改革实践进行归纳、分析,旨在保证医学留学生临床教学同质化,从而提高医学人才培养质量。

With the development of education internationalization and higher medical education in China, international student education has gradually become an important part of China’s education internationalization.How to ensure the quality of clinical teaching for international medical students has become a common issue faced by medical colleges.Based on our own teaching experience and the characteristics of overseas students, clinical teaching in many aspects have been improved and explored, and achieved initial results.This paper summarizes the outstanding problems and reform practices in clinical teaching for international students, in order to ensure the homogenization of clinical teaching for international students and improve the quality of medical professionals.
