改良型微针射频治疗腋臭的有效性及安全性初探

Preliminary study on the efficacy and safety of modified microneedle radiofrequency in the treatment of bromhidrosis

目的探讨改良型微针射频在腋臭患者中的有效性及安全性。方法选2020年3月-2021年6月腋臭患者84例为对象,所有患者均采用改良型微针射频治疗,1个月后对患者效果进行评估,并完成12个月门诊随访,分析患者治疗效果、并发症及复发率。结果于治疗1个月后对患者近期疗效进行评估,患者中显效46例(61.90%)、好转28例(33.33%)、无效4例(4.76%),治疗有效率为95.24%,治疗过程中2例患者发生点状脓疱(2.38%)、2例发生麻木感(2.38%),发生率为4.76%。治疗后对患者进行12个月门诊随访,结果表明患者4、8个月均未发生复发,2例患者随访12个月发生复发,复发率为2.38%。结论改良型微针射频用于腋臭患者中,能提高患者近期疗效率,有助于降低并发症发生率,12个月复发率相对较低,值得推广应用。

Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of improved microneedle radiofrequency in patients with bromhidrosis.Methods 84 patients with bromhidrosis from March 2020 to June 2021 were selected as the subjects.All patients were treated with modified micro needle radiofrequency.One month later,the effect of the patients was evaluated and 12 months of outpatient followup was completed.The therapeutic effect,complications and recurrence rate of the patients were analyzed.Results The short-term efficacy of the patients was evaluated after one month of treatment.Among the patients,46 cases were significantly effective(61.90%),28 cases were improved(33.33%),and 4 cases were ineffective(4.76%).The effective rate of treatment was 95.24%.During the treatment,2 patients developed punctate pustules(2.38%),and 2 patients developed numbness(2.38%).with a rate of 4.76%.After treatment,the patients were followed up for 12 months in the outpatient department.The results showed that there was no recurrence in 4 and 8 months,and 2 patients were followed up for 12 months,with a recurrence rate of 2.38%.Conclusion The improved microneedle radiofrequency can improve the short-term treatment efficiency of patients with bromhidrosis,help reduce the incidence of complications,and the recurrence rate is relatively low in 12 months,which is worth popularizing.
