应用T-scan Novus系统分析Er:YAG激光治疗慢性牙周炎前后的咬合变化

The occlusal changes of chronic periodontitis before and after Er:YAG laser treatment by using T-scan Novus occlusal analysis system

目的利用T-scan采集慢性牙周炎患者经Er:YAG激光治疗前后的咬合记录,结合临床指标,探讨Er:YAG激光治疗慢性牙周炎后对咬合功能的影响。方法选取30例慢性中度牙周炎患者,进行Er:YAG激光结合超声龈下刮治,根面平整,在治疗前,治疗后2个月进行牙周指数(PD、CAL、BOP%)检查,使用T-scan Novus采集治疗前后的咬合变化(OT、DT、MABF/MMF、BFDB、COFT)。结果激光牙周基础治疗后临床指标PD、CAL、BOP%降低,P值均小于0.05,治疗前后咬合指标OT、DT缩短,MABF/MMF和BFDB升高,OT、MABF/MMF和BFDB的P值<0.05,DT的P值>0.05,COFT减小,咬合中心点位置趋于中央。结论使用Er:YAG激光进行牙周基础治疗不仅可以改善牙周状态还能提高咬合力,使咬合更加趋于平衡稳定。

Objective To investigate the occlusal change of patients with chronic periodontitis after Er:YAG laser treatment by T-scan.Methods patients with chronic periodontitis were selected and underwent Er:YAG laser therapy.Periodontal index(PD,CAL,BOP%)was examined before treatment and 2 months after treatment.The occlusal changes(OT,DT,MABF/MMF,BFDB,COFT)were collected using T-scan Novus.Results The clinical indexes PD,CAL and BOP%decreased after laser periodontal basic treatment,and the occlusal indexes OT and DT were shortened before and after treatment,and MABF/MMF and BFDB were increased,MABF/MMF and BFDB P<0.05.COFT decreased and the position of occlusal center tended to be central.Conclusion The use of Er:YAG laser for periodontal basic treatment can not only improve the periodontal status,but also improve the bite force,and make the occlusion more balanced and stable.
