综合性大学教育学院教育硕士培养之路在何方——来自早稻田大学教职大学院的启示 被引量:3

摘要 高水平综合性大学教育学院开展教育硕士培养工作已经成为一条推动我国教师教育改革、实现基础教育教师质量提高目标的新路径。从2008年开始,日本政府通过推动教职大学院建设培养了大量具有“高水准实践力”的教师,为基础教育提供了大量优质师资。其中,早稻田大学教职大学院创新高学历教师培养模式,通过明确而独具特色的培养目标、双轨型的师资组成、实践导向型的课程结构与长周期、沉浸式的实习安排实现了从“教学”到“教育”意义层面的跨越,取得了良好的培养效果。对早稻田大学教职大学院的人才培养方式进行剖析能够为我国未来综合性大学的教育硕士培养工作提供一定的经验借鉴。 The training of educational postgraduates being developed at colleges of education in high-level comprehensive universities has become a new approach for promoting teacher education reform in China as well as for improving the quality of teachers in basic education.Since 2008,a great many high-level teachers with practical skills have been cultivated in Japan through the construction of graduate schools of education promoted by its government.As a result,basic education has high-quality teachers.In the drive,Waseda University's Graduate School of Education initiated a training model for teachers to be highly educated.With clear and distinctive training objectives,the organization of a dual-track faculty and a practice-oriented curriculum,and through the arrangement of long-term and immersive internships,the school achieved a leap from"teaching"to"education"in its development and obtained good training results.The authors believe that the study of the training mode carried out at Waseda University's Graduate School of Education can draw experience reference for the future training of educational postgraduates at comprehensive universities in China.
