大学联合办学的内生机制及其运行维度分析——基于国立西南联合大学的样本考察

A Study of the Endogenous Mechanism and Operative Dimension of the Joint-education Program Based on the Case of the National Southwest Associated University

国立西南联合大学作为抗战时期至为典型的联合办学共同体,通过前后9年联合办学内生机制的适应调整、优化整合与有效运行,尤其是通过爱国理念、文化传承、科学治理、资源整合、学术涵养等结构性要素的激发与聚合,进一步密切了各要素相互关联且彼此限定的内在逻辑联系,进而推动了联合办学走向深入。其样本考察对于推进当前高等教育内涵式发展有着重要的理论及现实意义,也促成我们对大学联合办学的深刻反思。

The National Southwest Associated University was a typical union university during the War of Resistance against Japanese Invasion in China.Through the 9-year proper adjustment, optimal integration and effective operation of its endogenous mechanism during the time of the joint-education program, including especially the enhancement and integration of the structural factors of the patriotic ideas, cultural inheritance, scientific management, resource integration and academic connotations, the National Southwest Associated University made these dynamic factors interrelated and interdependent in accordance with their internal logics, which further promoted the development of the joint-education program.This case study has much theoretical and practical significance to the intensive development of higher education in contemporary China, and will stimulate our reflections on the joint-education program.
