新时代国际中文教育质量评价指标体系构建研究 被引量:9

On the Construction of a Quality Evaluation Index System for the International Chinese Language Education in the New Era

摘要 新时代国际中文教育追求高质量内涵式发展,质量评价指标体系构建已成当下亟须解决的任务。研究基于国际中文教育质量评价指标体系构建应遵循的通用性、可操作性、效率优先、多元评价等原则,初步创建了以理念目标、资源利用、育人培才及特色效果为维度的PRCH国际中文教育质量评价框架,并在该框架下构建了由10个二级指标和22个三级指标构成的质量评价指标体系,该指标体系具有聚焦核心内容、重视人才培养、关注特色建设和实行多元评价等特点,并提出了国际中文教育机构质量保障的PAVAE模型,为国际中文教育高质量内涵式发展提供了基础性的工具支撑。 In the new era, while the International Chinese Language Education(ICLE) is pursuing high-quality intensive development, and the construction of a quality evaluation index system has become an urgent task.Based on the principles of universality, operability, efficiency first and multiple evaluation that should be followed when constructing of a ICLE quality evaluation index system, this study has preliminarily established the PRCH framework for the quality evaluation of ICLE with the dimensions of goal planning, resources, talent-training and highlights & effects.Under this framework, a quality evaluation index system consisting of 10 secondary indicators and 22 tertiary indicators has been constructed.This index system possesses the characteristics of focusing on the core content, paying attention to talent training, sticking to their own features, and implementing multiple evaluations.It also proposes the PAVAE model for the quality guarantee of the institutions of ICLE,which provides a basic tool for promoting the high-quality intensive development of ICLE.
