To summarize professor LIU Sheng's clinical experience in treating granulomatous lobular mastitis in different clinical stages with fire needle.According to the clinical characteristics of different stages(three stages of abscess,post-ulceration and scar hyperplasia)of granulomatous lobular mastitis,professor LIU Sheng flexibly used fire needle therapy.When the pus is formed,use fire needle to induce heat and open the door to chase the invaders;after the ulceration,the slough does not fall off,and the granulation is high and convex,and the fire needle is used to warm the meridians,dispel the rot and promote muscle;after healing,breast scar hyperplasia should be treated with fire needle to promote qi and invigorate the circulation of blood.And he aslo pay attention to the combination of acupuncture and medicine,a combination of a variety of external treatment methods,and jointly play the treatment methods of traditional Chinese medicine.Professor LIU Sheng applied fire acupuncture to externally treat granulomatous lobular mastitis,which effectively protected the patient's breast shape,shortened the time for wound healing,achieved good clinical efficacy.
